Default Templates Available
The SmartyGrants team has done some of the hard work for you and provides you with a set of Default Templates. These templates may suit some of your reporting needs and can be quite handy indeed. You will find these templates in the reporting section of the system and will be sitting waiting for you to select when you retrieve data generating a new report.
Application Default Templates
Default: Short Summary
A one page summary of each application. Available in Word.
Default: App Contact Summary
A short summary of key application and related contact details. Available in Word.
Default: Task List
A list of the tasks assigned to each application. Available in Excel or Word.
Default: Open or Unsubmitted Forms
A list of all forms that are open or unsubmitted on your applications. Available in Excel.

Funding allocation and payment details for applications.
