New Zealand - Charities and Companies Register Lookups

This feature is relevant to New Zealand Accounts only.

These lookup fields are made available in all New Zealand time zone accounts, however, the two lookup fields automatically sit as 'archived' under 'contact fields' .  The fields need to be activated for them to be built into forms.

Activate Lookups

Only an 'Administrator' level user can activate the lookups.

  1.  Go to 'Account Settings' and click on the 'Contact Fields' link.



  2. Select the 'Archive' button and click on 'Options' next to the field/s you wish to activate, click on 'Reactivate'.

  3. These fields are now available to build into a form.  To add these fields click on 'Add Question' in the form builder, the fields are linked to any contact types but can also be added as a 'Single Question' which is not linked to any contact in the directory.

  4.  The lookups will pull back any of the registered items included in the lookup function from either the Charities New Zealand Register or the New Zealand Companies Register:
