Archive Programs

Over time grant programs will begin to accumulate in your account. Users have the ability to archive grant programs. This means they will no longer listed on your programs page. Importantly, archiving a program does not in any way affect what you can do to any of the applications in the program. You can still create templates using information from an archived program, as well as filter by the archived program.

Archive a program

To archive a program:

Select Settings.

Select Programs.

Select Options next to the program you wish to archive.

Select Archive.

Select Confirm.

Reactivate an archived program

Archived programs can be re-activated. To re-activate an archived program:

Select Settings.

Select Programs.

Select Archived.

Select Options.

Select Reactivate.

Select Confirm.
